NICEIC-approved on every job

Every electrical install we issue is certified to BS 7671 by a NICEIC-registered Approved Contractor. Test certificates and minor works certs lodged in the building's compliance file, audited annually.

Periodic testing that catches it first

EICRs, fire alarm tests, emergency lighting tests, PAT - scheduled into the PPM contract on the right cadence so issues surface before they become callouts. We tell you the bad news ahead of the regulator.

BAFE-registered fire alarm work

Fire detection and alarm systems installed and maintained to BAFE SP203, BS 5839. Annual servicing, weekly silent test routines, full event log - the documentation a fire officer wants to see.
